Mindfulness & Conscious Living

We are pleased to be offering this program open to the anyone interested in getting to know and understand themselves and others more deeply and exploring mindfulness as a way of being and living more intentionally. This program will start Thursday April 9th and end Thrusday June 4th and sessions are 2.5-3 hours from 6:30 pm to 9:00-9:30. Click here for details downloadable ad/registration
