Mentoring in Mindfulness & Conscious Living

Mentoring is a supportive relationship in which one person (the mentor) helps and guides another person (the mentee) with their personal growth and development. The mentoring relationship creates a safe space wherein the mentor gets to know what matters to the mentee, what their interests, goals, and challenges are and where ideas and aspirations can be freely shared without judgment.  From their own life experience, knowledge and inner wisdom the mentor offers guidance, encouragement and feedback to the mentee and invites self-reflection and exploration to support learning and growth of the mentee’s skills, knowledge and inner wisdom.

When mentoring focuses on mindfulness and conscious living, the intention is to foster the mentee’s growth, development and understanding of mindfulness, its qualities and practice, and its integration into their daily life, ultimately allowing the mentee to embrace their vulnerabilities, gain self-confidence, and develop a more conscious and present way of being.

Who is Mentoring in Mindfulness & Conscious Living for?

Perhaps you have fallen away from prior mindfulness practice and wish to refresh or revitalize your practice or wish to explore more personalized practice, tailored to your needs and circumstances. Maybe you have a regular mindfulness practice and have an interest in exploring alternative approaches and ways of structuring your mindfulness practice bringing it more to life in your life.  You may even be preparing for a retreat experience or are post retreat and wish to further explore and support your understanding, practice and application to daily life.
