I hope to have some classes over the summer outside on the yoga deck so please watch here, “What’s New”, on the website for further details.
Hi All, Sorry for the short notice but I need to cancel our class for Tuesday morning April 19th and plan to resume as usual the next week. Thanks for understanding.
Hi all sorry for the confusion … I forgot that the 28th was Easter Monday 🙂 So we will continue sessions the second Monday of April. In the meanwhile continue to consider the possibility of routinely asking yourself throughout the day “What is the base of my operations just Now?”
as this is Easter Sunday we will not have a class today and will continue next week as usual. I look forward to seeing you then. Sorry for the disruption but in meanwhile … keep practicing 🙂
Due to prior commitments, there will be noYoga with Wendy this week during March break or next week … March 10th & 17th.

This program is offered 2 Tuesday evenings each month and introduces you to the foundational practices of Self-Regulation. The sessions are 2 hours from 7:00-9:00 pm and cover some basic science and specific instruction on breathing, relaxation and focused attention. Please call the office, 452-7116 to register.
Sessions will be held:
March 22 & 29April 12 & 19May 17 & 24 & June 7 & 14
