This program is offered 2 Tuesday evenings each month and introduces you to the foundational practices of Self-Regulation. The sessions are 2 hours from 7:00-9:00 pm and cover some basic science and specific instruction on breathing, relaxation and focused attention. Although we do teach these self-care practices in sequence (basic science & Breathing; review, Focused Attention & Relaxation), each session does stand alone and if you can only attend one session in a month you can pick up the other in another month.
