Partner Yoga …. A creative and fun way to integrate trust into your practice.
This workshop will focus on connection, building our understanding of how touch is our primary language for compassion and open access to the transformative emotional, mental and physical healing accessible.
Expect a well rounded experience in the practice of partner yoga including: Meditation, Seated and Standing Postures, Acro Yoga, Yin Postures and a nice long Savasana.
Open to all levels, couples, friends, workout buddies, coworkers & YOU! Grab a friend or loved one and come play!
Saturday at 12:00pm – 1:30pm $30 per couple! Space is limited!
