5:30-6:30p Yoga with Rachel, Inner Awakening – meditation, mantra and mindful movement

7-8p Yoga with Rachel, Recharge – Slow Flow and deep stretch

Thursday July 4

9:30-10:15a Summer Sit – Morning Meditation with Wendy

5:00-6:30p Yoga with Wendy

7-8p Yoga with Rachel, Luminous Vinyasa

8:15-9:00p Yoga with Rachel, Strength for Balance (conditioning class of drills and skills building up to hand balancing and inversions)

Friday July 5

9:30-10:15a Summer Sit – Morning Meditation with Wendy

Yoga with Bill classes on Sunday morning are currently on hold, please watch these What’s New posts for updates.

All classes will be in the Greenhouse Studio so dress accordingly and bring your own water. Also, as usual at the Iris Center, all classes are offered out of generosity and donations to the Center and teacher are welcomed and very much appreciated. Recognizing that not all of us have the same “depth of pocket”, we encourage you to give as “your pocket” allows, to help sustain the offering of these programs to others.
