Yoga with Bill

Hello Yogis and Yoginis,

I apologise for the delay in getting our classes started this Fall and hope you will be able to join me in January as new classes will start January 6th and run weekly with only few exceptions until mid June.  Our theme this cycle will be experiencing our energy flow (Pranamaya Kosha) with particular focus on our hips and some less familiar Tibetan Yoga practices. Classes are open to all levels and include intention setting, warm-up, asana, deep relaxation, and pranayama practice as well as meditation.  Classes are 2.5 hours and start at 9:30 am and finish at 12:00 pm.  Each week will gradually build on prior weeks but do stand alone so classes are drop-in and offered out of generosity with invitation to support the service through donation (Dana).
